Home made tortillas

I've wanted to learn how to make tortillas for a while now.  I followed a recipe once a few years ago, but it didn't turn out right.
At the end of last year, Valerie's friends came to visit us and Danny said he will make some tortillas for us.  We had chicken quesadillas for lunch and it was delicious.  I got the recipe from him and decided to give it a try.  I couldn't form a perfect round shape but it tasted great. The perfect shape will come with practice.

So here are pictures and the recipe for home made tortillas.

1. 4 cups, flour 2. 2 teaspoons, salt 3. 2 teaspoons, baking powder 4. 4 tablespoon, lard 5. 1 1/2 cup of water

Mix in dry ingredients. Hand mix the lard into the dough until fully mixed. Then pour in warm water into mix until dough. Add in flour to avoid sticky dough. Make into 24 balls and then roll them out with a floured rolling pin until the raw tortilla is almost see-through. Put on frying pan with medium heat for 30-40 seconds each side
